Jetstar were having a sale, so ended up getting really good deal return to Darwin for the first 11 days of April.

As far as I know that seems to be one of the best times for run-off although it is a little close to the wet season.

Does anyone have any charters or spots they can point me in the right direction.

Have a friend on the Tiwi islands so might also try visit him.
