Which cast / style is more efficent?
Goes futher? a. Stopless Cast b. Flip Flop Cast c. Flat / "Juvlene Cast" Anyone got an opinion? Beerie little ones in little streams and big ones in big seas

I am just starting out with the #5 weight distance thing, and have watched a few techniques employed. I think the style I most comfortable with is probably the long sweeping stroke. So i am not sure where ther lines up with your 3 Beerie.

As Justin stated the one you execute the best; there are more than 3 theories out there. So if your looking at getting into the 5 weight thing the best way to go about it would be to work with a FFFCCI or MCI who specialises in distance casting.
